Collaborate
Deep Roots
Nulogy was started by four classmates over 15 years ago.
The founders still work here, and are all still good friends. This takes hard work. We've taken that spirit and used it to build our collaboration practices.

Self-Managed Teams
Our product development teams include developers, a product designer, a product manager, and an agile tester. With our self-managed structure, you and your team are in control of how you work together. When a new feature comes in, you decide how to best build it.
Build projects around motivated individuals. Give them the environment and support they need, and trust them to get the job done.- Agile Principle
Team Safety
Divergent opinions are inevitable. But we don’t fear conflict, we embrace it.
We believe you should have the safety to fearlessly speak your mind, disagree, fail, admit you don’t know. That’s important to us.
Nulogites regularly solicit feedback from people within and outside of their team. We encourage everyone, from executives to individuals, to ask for help. It’s okay to not know everything. Team members regularly question assumptions to make sure we’ve thought through all solutions. People may disagree, but we empathetically work together to figure out the best path forward.

Alongside team safety comes technical safety. You might break things. It happens. What’s more important is how we deal with it.
We take measures to ensure that developers work in a fail-friendly environment.
For instance, we developed an incident management system that works to find the root cause of major incidents. We use this to learn and improve, not to blame.

THE CONSULTING TEAM PRESENTES… “BOO-LOGY”
Our motto is ‘It’s Not Just Business, It’s Personal’. This means prioritizing humanness at work. It means seeing employees as individuals, and respecting their needs. It means no questions asked for family emergencies. It means taking a mental health day if you need it. It means celebrating personal victories at work. We take work-life balance seriously.
